COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tokyo Electron 4SB029 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Transducers-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trio-Motion-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducers-Inc such as the BTIFF42CS20K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMWG3C0A1C000 manufactured by Trane and we are pleased to be able to service most Trane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16I0 by Manufacturer Trio-Motion-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triangle Brand 90WB807AY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tulip such as G641208 equipment made by Tulip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tulip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tulip" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LL009 made by Topvision as well as the popular BC210SK10000 original spares produced by Tolomatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 307006182318 by Tr-Electronic and G641208 spares by Tulip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130G2U5120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tosvert. |
